State of the Supply Chain

Sep 23, 2020

Over 12 years, the NW Ductless Heat Pump Project has helped advance the adoption of ductless heat pumps across the Northwest. To date, the Project has oriented nearly 1,500 HVAC contractors to perform quality ductless heat pump installations. Northwest installers have access to 19 distributors and counting and over 250 distributor branch locations where they can order products for their next installation, typically have access to additional technical support, and can learn about the capabilities of ductless heat pumps.

Distributor Map

*The map represents 19 Northwest distributors and their associated branch locations. Additional HVAC distributors who carry ductless heat pumps may not be included.

Distributors around the Northwest offer ductless products from Carrier, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu and other reputable brands. Many branch locations keep ductless equipment in stock and those who do not are typically able to fulfill an equipment order within a few days of a product order. Having distributors across the region also helps the Project reach contractors with virtual and in-person trainings where they work and live. Ductless heat pumps and those trained to install them are more available to Northwest consumers than ever before.
